=================================
The email that will be displayed contains the following concerns:
The availability of Municipal infrastructure to service the proposed development (Electricity, water, sanitation, storm, etc);
The detrimental effect on the already over congested traffic in Peddie Street by vehicles delaying the traffic flow to get into or out of Peddie street 750.
The buildings will be outside the Escom Servitude
The guaranteed completion of the development
The necessity for additional office space in an area where existing unoccupied office blocks might already be available.
The possible future widening of Rubenstein Road
The safety and security of the residents while the development is in progress.
there are important studies to be completed by the developer of the planned development on the corner of Peddie Street with Rubenstein.
RHEV will attach all the eMails to a covering letter which contains a summary of all the concerns and suggestions.

The author, Chris Visser , is part of the Himalayan partnership in South Africa focussing on Tibet and recently had the privilege to be part of a Prayer journey to the country of Tibet. We had some interesting experiences. The trip was challenging and exciting at the same time.
To learn about the country first hand can be a very depressing experience too. So much so that I could do no else but share the experience with you. I trust that the book will challenge you to take notice of the country, its people and the challenges for the gospel. Also that it may challenge you to action, even if that is by prayer alone.
The Bad news is that criminals mainly target the properties without alarms and the properties with alarms but with no or slow reaction.
